THE INTENTION
The purpose of this website is to provide a WELL-BEING TOOL KIT with; information, ideas & inspiration for simple, practical ways to feel Healthy, Happy & Light in Body, Mind & in Heart.
With a focus on;
I’m making an assumption here… but I would say that most people want to feel (be) “HEALTHY” & also want to feel (be) “HAPPY”. The ways in which we try to attain this, or believe we can attain this, may differ greatly. And there is no "one sure way" that works for everyone. I’m certainly not declaring I have all the answers… however I have guidelines & strategies I use, that may also help steer you along a path to enhanced Health & Happiness.
As cheesy as it may sound… lasting Health & Happiness only comes from “within” - Connecting to & Nurturing your Body, Mind, Heart/Spirit. You can focus on & rearrange your “outside” world as much as you like (career, relationships, more holidays, etc), & continue accumulating more “things” (cars, houses, clothes, accessories & other stuff!) & this may make a bit of a difference to the perceived quality of life for a while, but it will only ever bring temporary happiness.
I am certainly no “Pollyanna” ('an excessively cheerful & optimistic person')... like most people I have low mood & energy days, moments of anger & frustration, feelings of being over-whelmed & anxious & have days when my mind just seems to want to feed on negativity & complaining! However I've found the more Self Aware I become (connecting & getting to know my Body, Mind & Heart/Spirit), the easier it becomes to understand what I need, or need to do, to shift to a lighter, happier space.
This is a constant work in progress for me & another reason why I wanted to create this site.
THE 3 MAIN PRINCIPLES I aim to live by & have tried to incorporate into my business practice, as well as this resource site, are;
1. Holistically
2. Simplicity
3. Mindfully

- Simple & Uplifting ways to THINK,
- Simple & Calming ways to RELAX &
- Simple & Fun ways to CONNECT with others & nature
